I’m Lisa McCormick. I am a guitar instructor with over twenty years experience and a degree in Education, specializing in Adult Learners. I am also a professional singer/songwriter and recording artist.
The purpose of this blog is to serve as a place for guitar learners to gather, ask questions, get inspired, get support.
Learning guitar is a rich and wonderful pursuit, but can also be frustrating and isolating at times.
Here at Guitar Life, I’ll share tons of tips and wisdom I’ve gained in a lifetime of playing and teaching guitar. You’ll get a chance to meet other guitar learners who share some of your experiences and perspectives.
And hopefully, you’ll walk away feeling more inspired than ever to go pick up your guitar and play.
My mission with this Guitar Life blog is to provide Community, Support, Information, and Unabashed Cheerleading for Guitar Learners.
